Acquisition of Information. I do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
Security Measures. I make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural & technological controls, consistent with legal requirements & the demands of customer service.
Disclosure to Third Parties. I will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if I am compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, I have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions & provide our services.
Refund Policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Teresa within 30 days of purchase before returning it for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping).
Shipping. Orders will be shipped within 2 days of receipt & Teresa will email you an E.T.A when you place your order. If it will take any longer, you will be advised in advance. Feel free to contact Teresa before you order if you think you might run into a timing problem.
Payment Options. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal are accepted. If you choose to pay by check, take note of the piece(s) you would like including the item number and the cost. Call or e-mail the order & send in a check (Teresa will send you the address as well as any shipping charges and taxes... only Arizonian's pay 9.3% tax).
